Accounts and Campaigns

With the goal of giving all customers and partners complete
command and control through StrikeTracker, we have
provided you the ability to fully provision your own accounts
with just a few clicks. And we leveraged our IP messaging
foundation to allow this provisioning process to happen in
near‐real time. You can literally create a new account and
then log in to that account immediately. If you are a reseller,
you can create and manage all of your subaccounts in
StrikeTracker. If you are a large organization, you can use
this area to create subaccounts for each of your divisions
or to track campaigns separately. Users of any size can
establish subaccounts for unique storage areas and analytics
pipelines for major events. Subaccounts can also be used to
manage multiple origin servers in an origin-pull configuration.


 

Similar to Microsoft Outlook, the StrikeTracker console can present account information to you in a variety of ways, including a user‐friendly business card view. We recognize that there is a lot of detailed data that you may need to reference, such as a customer’s account balance, network or storage usage, etc., and we’ve made this information easily accessible. You can also group together related data and sort data according to your specifications.
