StrikeTracker User Management

 

Users

StrikeTracker lets you create new users and manage
permissions for these sub users. The permissions of each
user can be controlled independently to allow different
users access to some parts of the system while restricting
access to others. For instance, this allows you to restrict
an employee in billing to only have read access to certain
areas, while allowing him to have write access on others.


 

The system has four primary permissions.
 

  • “Reporting” controls access to all of the analytics features.
  • “Content” controls access to the content management features.
  • “Billing” controls access to the customer and service class management features.
  • “Users” controls access to the user management features.


Note that permissions can be set to “None,” “View,” or “Edit.” The “None” permission will hide the feature entirely, “View” will allow the user to read the information, but not change it, and “Edit” provides full access. Note that like creating customers, users are provisioned immediately.
