The system has four primary permissions.
- “Reporting” controls access to all of the analytics features.
- “Content” controls access to the content management features.
- “Billing” controls access to the customer and service class management features.
- “Users” controls access to the user management features.
Note that permissions can be set to “None,” “View,” or “Edit.” The “None” permission will hide the feature entirely, “View” will allow the user to read the information, but not change it, and “Edit” provides full access. Note that like creating customers, users are provisioned immediately.
